It could be whatever they've done to turn U.S. politicians into Putin lovers. Not just the recent B.S. the GOP has been on lately, but whatever they did to an O.G. traitor like Rand Paul. I think they could have bad dirt on them and/or have given them heavy bribes.

Trying too hard to be a contrarian is indeed a problem for some "influencers", I'm not convinced it's the case for Francis. Surprises me as he's been rather progressive on several issues (relatively to a typical Roman Catholic pope). I wonder why he's essentially parroting Putin's version. Maybe bad/compromised advice?

Pope could've come to Ukraine, previous Pope did so in the past.
He just gives a bad name to the Greek-Catholic church here.
