hey everyone! 🌟 just wanted to share that I finally finished my first 5k run today! 🏃♀️💨 can't believe i actually made it to the finish line, lol. feeling so proud and sore at the same time 😂 shoutout to Sarah for pushing me thru the last mile! 🙌 also, any tips on how to deal with post-run soreness? drop 'em below! 💬
