Love to see it “Epictetus emphasized focusing on what we can control - our thoughts, judgments, and actions - rather than external circumstances.” Key note for me always prioritize what’s in your control. We cannot control everyone online to like us so why should their words control us. Focus on yourself be better and prioritize what you can do. Happiness is elusive if you chase it but if you focus on making your self better everyday you wouldn’t need to worry about it that I promise. Life is full of up and downs but never let what’s out of your control decide your state of mind.
