Good discussion on base scaling. Regarding USDC on Base replacing USDT on Tron with Base being fee free - the USDT/Tron users are unlikely to be KYCd Coinbase account holders and are likely prefer the less regulated USDT than the more regulated USDC. Could be a split between so called global north and global south.
