I stayed in the 50-53 kg range for years, now I weight ~64 kg. The trick is to weight every gram of food and count your calories. I use an app called "Lifesum". When I started I noticed I was around 2000 kcals everyday; too low. You also have to workout with weights that make you reach failure.
