Yes its true you have responded quickly but i dont think the responses were sufficient, props 70 and 104 are 2 years old, with leftover funds and no closure. You promised proper updates for all of them, I think its about time.

Hard to say (the only true leftover was usually due to volatility buffers). In this case “leftover” might not be the right word since all of the money has been budgeted for, but its been lying in a multisig, unused, for a very long time. There wasnt even a clear timeline in prop 104.
