&& this is token gated to just Nouns holders and delegates? I’m very shocked to see 8 saying they will not support a lower threshold…. & then exactly 8 on the opposite spectrum of an arbers delight. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Yea, it’s based on voting weight, basically it’s snapshot voting in a frame.
