can someone help me sign up for the op retro funding 4 for outcasts? can i apply for my hypersub too?

Question did you launch outcasts on Zora or through your own smart contract that you deployed? They shared this news today that anyone who deployed contracts from Zora does not qualify, Zora gets to claim the impact, not the creators. 😳
