West African Beef Kabobs (Suya)
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SUYA:
Beef,Onion,Peanut butter,Tomato paste,Allspice,Ginger,Crushed red pepper
The toughest part about suya is waiting for the kabobs to marinate. Otherwise, the food processor does the hard work of making the spice mixture.
Step 1: Place the chopped onion, peanut butter, tomato paste, olive oil, allspice, salt, crushed red pepper and ginger in the bowl of a food processor.
Step 2: Blend until smooth.
Step 3: Pour the sauce over the steak.
Step 4: Toss to combine and set aside to marinate.
Step 5: Thread the steak onto the skewers and place on the grill.
Step 6: Grill, flipping once, until the meat is cooked through. 1 reply
