Got back in shape at 39 i noticed a belly & joined Planet Fitness & worked my way up to a daily treadmill minimum of 3miles, for a full year and missing only 12days! The trick don't make it suck, use music, videos, something to help pass the boring time! Year 4 of 1 set for 3 muscles + 1.5mi a day incline power walk
