Portlanders: would y'all be up for an inaugural /farcasterfridays IRL meetup? Dec. 6 is the next first Friday date. How 'bout the new Memento Mori goth cafe on NW 24th? It's open 8 AM to 3 PM. I've been meaning to try it soon anyway, so I'll plan to go that day and cast a mini-review of the place even if no one else can make it.

Hi! Sorry I didn't see this comment until just now, and even now I only saw it because I happened to check the PDX channel to look for an old cast of mine. Don't think I ever got a notification. Anyway... turned out this meetup was the first one in Portland. Had a nice chat with fellow Portlanders @exeunt and @vengist. I just picked a place I wanted to go anyway and announced the date and time here, since I knew I'd be fine whether anyone else showed up or not. :) https://warpcast.com/danicaswanson/0xa78b2090

My schedule is really weird at the moment, so I'm not sure when I'll be able to get to a meetup, but hopefully others can. Channels are in a limbo state for now so I'm not sure how much reach they have. Feel free to tag me if you set something up, and I'll do what I can to help it get seen by other Portlanders.
