 1. Measures must be taken to prevent farming of the project, as users can easily earn large amounts of $DEGEN and immediately sell them, leading to price dumping.

2. The Total Value Locked (TVL) of the project should increase, and various projects should be launched on the $DEGEN L3.

3. Liquidity on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) should increase to prevent price dumping.

4. Token burning should be implemented.
