Most impressive thing I saw at the gym this week was a lady on the stair stepper going at a high speed, not holding the rails and reading a book. And she was on there for at least an hour. Beast

one time i saw the owner of the local diner on the stepmill for like an hour and was thinking, man that can't be that bad if she's able to do that

i jumped on for 5 minutes and exited stage left
