Day #35 healthy living update

Dinner:  Creamy chicken and broccoli over rice
Snack: Pepperoni and cheese
Exercise:  Chest day + 50 push-ups + 1 cartwheel
Murdery vibes:  1/10

Got back into the gym and felt great!  Neck is 90%

I know we can have a "cheat day" but I'll be honest, I don't even want one, really.  Healthy living is here to stay 🙌

Day #36 healthy living

Dinner: Ribeye, green beans
Snack: Blueberries, spicy pickles
Exercise: Shoulders and triceps + 25 push-ups
Murdery vibes:  2/10

My niece really likes gymnastics now and wants me to teach her.
