With staking you get a % back. When locked you just lock and unlock the same amount. I think! 😅

Lockup is a re-hypothecated token whose purpose is staking and yield like stEth. Staking can be just “sending tokens somewhere” then gaining yield without having to wrap, unwrap, trade or wait to get the native token back.

Simplest difference i can think of is flexibility. Locking is more rigid compared to staking

@bitfloorsghost.eth staking may allow you to unlock tokens anytime, unlike token lockups which may require you to complete a certain lockup period. Do you understand?
