I worked @ McDonalds for 4 years when I was a kid, started @ 14. Before 24hrs Maccas was a thing, we'd close the store around 10-11pm in our town. At close, our manager would trade left overs with the KFC next to us. Then we'd all sit around eating chicken, and playing pitch&toss with a squashed McDonalds ashtray.
