What's unclear about the upcoming channel changes?

Gmmm king this is cool, will this be free to use or do you have a sub model or how do you plan on rolling it out ?

the code is open source, you can deploy your own version, but to cover the infra cost, I may charge based on the invited member count. For most channels, it should be free.
