I’ve been contemplating this a lot lately… if there were a “ Gen X” retirement community, would that be fun?

Personally, I like to live in communities with a variety of generations 🧐

Not sure I want to be surrounded by my people- we were cantankerous at 20 and worse now.

it's actually proven to be healthier to have a mix . and this has been true for most of human history . it's only been in the last 100 years or so that ages have been siloed .

Meanwhile, the Millennial retirement community will meet in the Wal-Mart break room because we're all still trying to pay off those student loans at 85.
