I think you can try the following steps:

1. go to https://www.shmonad.xyz/ to convert your $MON to $shMON

2. Go to https://monad.encifher.io/payment to send your $shMON to another account.

3. The other account goes to https://www.shmonad.xyz/ and uses the redeem function to achieve privacy.
