Nice to know a lil more about you @beerguy.eth! @hankmoody you owned a brewery!? How involved were you? I brew with a buddy and if it wasnβt a hobby I may find it a bit tedious between waiting and then cleaning π€£

Of course. I loved it. I managed to make 300-liter productions. I made many styles. I sold everything I made. Then my daughter arrived, and the country's poor economy hit. But it was a lot of fun and rewarding! Here's a picture of my former brand:
