I'm not gonna lie to you, it's been a long week in entrepreneur land.

This week I let myself drop high expectations of my own abilities, release ideals of perfection, and just let myself be a person. I let others take leadership. I slowed my pace, reset deliverables, responded quickly to feedback, and communicated through frustration as gracefully as I could. I put myself out there, I asked for advice, I recentered and found my footpath. 

I led and I followed. 

I listened and I responded.

When the chance to make a change arrives, I won't be rushing toward it. I’ll be ready to step forward with sure footing.
