Oof. Easy recovery technique is to lay flat on your back on your bed or the floor and put your legs vertically up in the air against the wall. Helps cycle the blood in your legs. Do this for 5/10 mins. Else gets back on the bike tomorrow and go for the softest pedal you can around the flat, don't get your heart rate up at all. Worst thing you can do is NOT move the next day.
