As far as I can tell, nearly every headache I’ve ever had was from being dehydrated. 2-4 LMNT packets a day has been a clutch upgrade to life ( no idea if this works if your diet and metabolic stay is subpar)

I ensure to drink at least 3 liters of water a day But I get headaches sometimes after a long day at work. What could be the problem then?

Electrolytes, but as Trig mentioned in another comment, if your diet is sus then the balance of what you need becomes more difficult to assess. If you’re eating mostly the outside of the grocery store (fresh foods) then you can get something like LMNT and start adding those up to 3 a day (need to be sweating hard at some point during the day to justify 3 imo)

Using supplements have always been a struggle for me cause I am allergic the the ones used in time past. Do you think exercise will help with reducing the risk of the headaches?

Yes for sure it will help, but if your electrolytes aren’t in balance, you’ll still get that headache. Bad supplements are a problem, but you can find quality ones
