right now they are, but i think it would be interesting to constrain it!

Don’t you think it’s gonna be kind of shocking if I was a mod in the channel on her but in farchat I would be a regular user?

oh to be clear if i built that out the moderator would control it… i’m just saying i think i would make chats readable by everyone (since they’re just casts), but only certain content depending on constraints that the moderator sets
