Chains value devs Devs value users Users value rewards incentivize users to try every app on a chain via sequencer fee distributions and also give a bonus for them to leave an attestation review so app builders get feedback (which is then filtered by an LLM for legitimacy).

It’s not just rewards. Users value use cases. There is an intermittent step between devs and users. Call it brands, companies, DAOs whatever, those add the value. Individual users are overwhelmed with apps. There is no more novelty with just tech.
