I understand the desire for big accounts to filter spam but I also understand the desire for smaller accounts to not get nerfed think this needs a better balance.

Hey, I’m actually in the process of testing out this new user experience. I get the feeling that nobody sees anything I cast. Am I a ghost? If a man casts in the ether and nobody sees it, did he ever even cast?
