In college, I started doing something that was poorly named as a “podcapsule” it’s a mixture between a podcast and a time capsule. Basically: 1. Invite a friend or a group for dinner 2. Record the conversation (let it flow, don’t be an interviewer) 3. Save the recording and send it back to guests two years later. 4. Once everyone has re-listened, do a follow up/2nd podcast 5. Repeat until you die What this enables is the following: - listening to your past self allows you to truly see how far you have come - it’s a great way to stay in touch with friends over the years It is far too easy to get lost in the day to day, think about what you don’t have or have yet to attain, but hey, we’ve all come SO far from the past versions of us, and sometimes we need a reminder from ourselves. I’m looking forward to doing these for the rest of my life and I hope I can do it with some of my online friends too. Happy Friday friends ❤️‍🔥
