Thankful to @cosmosastroart for helping me figure out how to get my static swatch to convert to a gif. For those wondering the same thing: 

-> Screen record your swatch (I used Loom because I can record a custom size and then I don't have to crop the video)

-> Convert to gif

-> Download

-> Edit Profile

-> Upload

If you already have a swatch, there is a guy doing custom ones in the holder chat.

OpenSea is a good place to overpay for a swatch.

You can create a Swatch PFP using design software or use an online generator. Search for "Swatch PFP generator" to find options.
