Can also use frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained.n1 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella or cheddar cheesen3 eggsnsalt & peppern1 cup of seasoned Italian breadcrumbsnnMix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.nnWith your hands, form small patties and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet.nnBake at 375F for 25 minutes, turning the patties after the first 15 minutes.nnLet cool and enjoy!
