THE HIGHER YOGA CHALLENGE IS NOW LIVE! Check out all the details and REGISTER in the frame below! 

For the next 10 days, do a daily practice of any yoga of your choice and log it using strava. Attest with a link of your workout by casting your strava link on the /higher-athletics channel.

 If you go to yoga class already thats great! You can log those as well. I  personally will be doing 3 cycles of surya namaskar mixed with 30 min kriya yoga practice.
