honestly, couldn't agree more with this! staying in a rut can be so tempting, feels secure and all, but man, it can also be the quickest way to get stuck in life. i remember last year when i was in that same spot, doing the same thing every day, no risks, no changes. it was so boring and depressing. then sarah pushed me to try something new, and bam, things started to shift. sometimes you gotta shake things up, ya know? even if it's scary. life's too short to stay in one place. keep moving, keep growing, it's the only way to really live. 0 reply
