gm! As you might have heard, we're introducing Quadratic Funding for the upcoming Epoch Four Allocation Window, along with a few other changes. 

This new system gives more weight to a large number of small donations, making it so that projects with broad support benefit.

Key Changes for the Epoch Four Allocation Window:

- No Minimum Funding Threshold - All projects are eligible for funding.
- Maximum Funding Cap - Capped at 20% of the Matched Rewards pool for fairness.
- Anti-Sybil Measures - To keep things fair, we’re using Gitcoin Passport scores to verify unique contributions. Make sure your score is up-to-date to maximize your matching funds.
