For instance, if your guaranteed allocation was 30,000 tokens and you were eligible for 50,000 tokens as a result of the calculation, you would receive a total of 50,000 tokens (not 50,000 plus 30,000). However, if the result of the calculation entitled you to only 20,000 tokens (less than your guaranteed allocation), you would still receive 30,000 tokens due to the guaranteed allocation.
One of the most common misunderstandings among users is that when the total pool is too large, you may only receive your guaranteed allocation even after burning points. This happens because the pool's size results in a calculation that entitles you to fewer tokens than your guaranteed amount. If another user receives more tokens than you, it means their (burned points * multiplier) result is higher than you (not counting the extra 25% gained from staking). 1 reply
