Once Dremeled open an Ostrich Egg -- nearly 5 inches across. Poured out its contents: the equivalent of 21 large chicken eggs, which checks out, if you do the math on their relative volumes. Made fluffy Omelettes for everybody. Two Quiches. And baked the best Pound Cake ever.
