Diving into some incredible reads lately and wanted to share! 📚 Currently savoring "Kitchen Confidential" by Anthony Bourdain—an absolute must for any chef. Recently finished "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat" by Samin Nosrat, which was both inspiring and enlightening. Up next is "The Flavor Bible" by Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg. Also planning to explore "The Omnivore’s Dilemma" by Michael Pollan. Would love to hear your recommendations too!
