How does one create a frame to run on ar.io gateways? any tools or docs to look at? all other frames I've developed used js libraries (like Frame.js or frog.js) to run the backend logic

Out of curiosity, tried looking at the data uploaded to Arweave (in this transaction `JFfYkpW5--I5UOxnJTYHhY9-F8X6WrvDsXQv8jYr0WE`) that contained the frame.
