I want to use my ETH, cbETH, and wstETH as collateral for a USDC loan in order to make a down payment on a house. What’s the best protocol, chain, and off-ramp to make this happen?

What are some of the design decisions that went into Aave issuing a token when you deposit collateral? It creates an annoying situation from a tax perspective in the US

I just read Vitalik's latest post.  It is a refreshing reminder of what we are truly building through Ethereum.  Bitcoin and Ethereum are grounded in improving the world - most cryptocurrencies that have come after these 2 feel more like companies that are trying to captures "market share."
