Was looking through wildcard this morning and seeing who is doing the most buying and selling of Moxie. Was surprised at some of the bigger/constant sellers and the people that don’t invest much at all back into fan tokens or LP. It’s your earnings, and your choice, and seriously no judgement for doing what you need to do. I’d be lying though, if I said that it doesn’t stick in my mind. With a limited amount of likes, replies, and recasts…I’m at least consciously or subconsciously going to reserve more engagement for people that aren’t engaging me for PURELY extractive reasons. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re posting bangers, engaging naturally, and generally adding value to Farcaster, or a particular channel, I’m going to engage you no matter what you’re doing with your Moxie once you get it. I’ve been in this crypto game for a while now, and have done very well by most standards. There’s a reason I’m not selling. Will share more thoughts in a follow up cast…

Well, some of the people I’m referring to I consider friends that post good content, so I’m not going to mute them just for selling Moxie. Some others though… yeah, we can compare lists.

I’m more concerned about the people who see me answer a question then I get the same question ten times thinking illl answer them. People need to sell for different reasons. But the people farming engagement to immediately sell are shit. I have an idea of who they are.

I’ve had to make it a policy personally that I only answer the same question 1, maybe 2 times max in a cast before I’m ignoring the next people asking it. I don’t have time to answer the same exact googleable question 10 times per cast.

Tbh I feel the attention should be shifted away from people who get moxie. More attention should be given to people who put out relatable contents. To me, it’s just a way of complicating things more than they already are. Questions like the rationale behind this is what needs to be asked. Another should be what is all of this seeking to correct? In the long run it all boils down to everyone having a pretty fun and profitable journey on here eventually.
