It helps you focus on more organic stuffs ?

Sweet, I also experience this feeling, but I’m getting more glued to my phone, as a lot of activities I do, go through it 

I literally feel my blood pressure drops when I’m not with my phone and I’m just purely having fun or reflecting

i don’t feel the need to check it. that’s very freeing to me.
