Ponder

This week the /ponder team shipped:
- weekly vs all-time leaderboard
- daily predictions (warpcast notifications on the biggest pools)
- farcaster replies now being pulled into prediction comments (tba)
- ponder wallet withdrawals (will be live in the next few days)
- more bug fixes

I noticed that my rewards from social predictions were not added to my ponder wallet balance, also I wasn't debited when I made the predictions. @ba
