Thank you buddy ! Well I wasn’t always so strong willed , I was in hospital for 2 years and promised my self if I get out I’ll change how I live and I did that !! 

Ah if you hurt maybe try yoga or something more gentle but still exercising mate !  What’s dart and flutter mate ?? As in the sport darts 🎯 ? And the instrument flute !??

I’m trying to run a little bit but my back and my feet hurt so I can’t run anymore. 
Otherwise I worked during may and June, it was nice, and I’m getting slowly back to programming by learning dart and flutter.
