This week I built:

Ticket Handling: This week, a significant amount of time was spent dealing with a large volume of tickets, particularly those related to OCS . Although the exact number of tickets handled is unclear, it was a major undertaking that required substantial effort.

Support in Chinese Channel: Additionally, I continued to assist in the base's Chinese channel, helping team members with their issues and ensuring smooth and effective communication in Chinese.
