Friends are dead and kidnapped. Mom was supposed to be at that music festival volunteering but thankfully stayed stateside on a whim. Her friends are dead. 

Family and friends were called for reserves. 

This is personal and will take years to recover from 

I know there’s nothing any of us can say to truly help with any of what you are feeling other than to remind you are not alone, and you have so many of us to reach out to if you need to.
