(Assume they will be decentralized later this year so you can create and do moderation from other clients.)

Subchannels, addressable with a second slash, i.e. /punk/3D

and the why: 
- channel hosts could sublet subchannel spaces
- channels can have niches or even ephemeral sub channels for events to not cover up the main channel feed
