my point is, when the “future” of art is being dangled about, disingenuously, it’s beyond obvious one will arrive at the conditions we’re currently experiencing

a vacuum of real culture, nothing worth celebrating, burn out, fatigue, mass exoduses

I’m not saying these attitudes don’t exist, but what about the builders, and the meme lords and the purveyors of hot takes and nuanced feedback? 
What I’m getting at is that it takes all kinds, and you can have shades of the examples you present without it being all that people are about.
