Update to Warpcast Active Badge

Quality was declining, so we added two new requirements:

1. Account created at least 7 days ago

2. At least 100 followers

Reduced the number of active badge holders from ~2000 to ~1000.

I think the active badge shouldn’t occupy a character slot in the name space but  occupy the little “verified” NFT pfp checkmark slot of yesterday

I miss the NFT checkmark

I would notice it more if integrated into pfp- I barely see it where it is today as part of the name space 

I think others have also suggested a border around the pfp.
