could not agree less -- remote is SO MUCH BETTER from the interviewer perspective -- way better technically unless you have a sophisticated set up or a shit ton of money to take it ont he road -- much easier and cheaper to do it remotely and leads to much better quality (exceptions again are those with lots of money to invest in setup)

Remote makes for so many more issues, especially in quality, and connection issues are for the birds

disagree -- way less issues remote only. We've done both and in person only works well is if you have a great, professional setup including audio, video and lighting. Otherwise you end up with a lot of issues. It's way more expensive to do in person well. Way easier to do remotely well.
