The main purpose of dissuading investors from adding leverage is to dissuade big guys from adding leverage, because judging from the on-chain data, BTC is already at a stage top area; as for spot, I mainly look at 120K up and 73K down, and I personally reduce my position because I bought it early and now I don’t feel very sure (the odds are not right), so I have to take some profits while I can; BTC is definitely a long-term hold, and I may buy it back around 73K to make a swing, but if it doesn’t fall and keeps rising, I am not clearing out my position, and I won’t feel "slapping my thigh, what a pity"
