how do we make sure this is the default. you should opt-in to being on native L2. sign all transactions with L1 wallet by default

what do you think about the wallet falling back to l1 when it detects censorship but otherwise doing the happy path of cheap l2 tx?

it’s hard to say what censorship looks like, but it’s really up to the application what to do here anyway not the wallet

So this really should be something the wallet should handle. Censorship is detectable by seeing lower priority fee tx get included. Smart contract wallets need to send the l1 tx much differently than a regular wallet. It really doesn’t work unless the wallet handles it
