Some teams spend $100K on a hackathon… Then 3 months later, 2 devs are still active. We're not onboarding devs. We’re burning through them. As we grow we want to lean *more onchain*. → Our grads receive acceptance / graduation NFTs → Future cohorts will receive USDC prizes → We tested Warpcast for UHI1 /uniswaphooks but feature sent wasn't ready then 75% of applicants list a Farcaster handle (vs 72% for LinkedIn 😮) @haardikkk (leads education) is a farcaster stan. I've been a DAU since last season of /crypto-the-game. What experiments should we cook up?
